Sometimes you can get exactly what you want, ready when you arrive. This time the app didn’t work, then apple pay didn’t work (neither the fault of this store), so I ordered through the website. They’ve got a fancy TV screen showing names and order status. It was 1630, my pizza was going to be ready at 1625, but I knew it wasn’t ready because above me were names with “READY” next to them. As time went by my name never went to READY, but vanished from the list entirely. At 1645 they asked “are you Ben?” but nothing came from my affirmative response. A bit after they asked again with the extra news that my pizza was ready. Weary, but mildly excited I made it clear I was looking forward to my Pan pizza – but I opened the box and that’s not what was there. “This is a Pan?” “It’s a hand tossed, you ordered a Pan?” “Yes (this had already been established)”. “Did you order online?” “Yes (similarly established)”, “Oh, that’s the problem then.”

They got my order wrong. The asst manager said he will give me a free meal when I come next time. Apparently, what he meant was he’ll give me my correct order. That wasn’t considered free, if I already paid. I didn’t eat the wrong order cause it was not what I wanted.

Good customer service. The food was hot and made fresh. I didn’t wait long and that was a plus because I just got off work. Quality is a lot better than the Pizza Hut in Burlington (which is TRASH)

Berry the manager is awesome we always order a large amount for our company and he always does a great job, he’ll even deliver to us knowing grub hub will not make it on time for our employees lunch. This location has great service because of Berry and his Team.

I ordered tow large pizza one ten crispy and the other one was chess with chicken. First their delivery driver were not able to find my address. When she arrived after long wait the pizza were completely row as you see it on the photos.

Placed an order online in Graham. My food ended up in Mebane. My pizzas (stuffed crust pepperoni & hand tossed supreme) had NO sauce. I have asked for a refund.

I’m not happy after getting a carry-out from here. I love Pizza Hut but they aren’t good at making custom pizzas. An hour back, I ordered an Ultimate Cheese Lovers customised to have marinara sauce instead of white garlic sauce. They gave me the standard one with white sauce (photo attached)
