First tried Joseph’s in April 2023 at a Convention. We are from Virginia and have traveled here every 3rd week of the month specifically for the Prime Rib (only available the 3rd week) since then. The BEST Prime Rib I have ever eaten. We always order the Roasted Poblano Corn Chowder (phenomenal) and for dessert, the Salted Caramel Cake (to die for). This “10 star” restaurant is tucked away in The Sheraton and I should really not be telling the public about this Culinary Heaven, to try to keep it all to myself. Kudos to Chef Kel with his superb creations.

The best meal I’ve had in Greensboro! I’m a Maryland native and those crabcake, Hunty…They give life!! Every course of that meal was exceptional and our waitress Jasmine was so attentive and quick to address any requests we had. We will be back!!

This restaurant was a true experience! The hostess Michelle was fantastic! I have never seen someone so team oriented and driven to make their company a success! She seated us personally, helped the server with clean up and even helped straighten out the checks at the end. She did all of that without expecting anything in return. The food was fantastic and it was fast! We had a large party and they did not disappoint! Michelle is a keeper! We will definitely return! We look forward to seeing her smile again!

Very creative dishes in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere inside a huge, busy hotel. Kind of a throwback with all the modern niceties added. Gourmet style crab cakes, pot pie, meatloaf, sides, etc. at affordable prices. No complaints.

We were there early August 2022, and I was nervous by the reviews but we gave it a shot and we loved every bite. The servers were very friendly and the food was amazing. We ate dinner. Everyone was happy with what they ordered, so go give it a try it was amazing! Don’t be scared off by the other reviews.

The short ribs were awesome! My guest had the chicken pot pie which very good also. Definitely great to be a “hotel restaurant”. Will be back very soon!

Went here with my son for breakfast. Had a great experience. We were immediately seated and the waitress accommodated my sons request for chocolate milk and chocolate chip pancakes even though they were not on the menu. Food was great. The pancakes were shaped like Mickey and even included strawberries. I would highly recommended for a great family breakfast.

I dined twice at Jospeh’s during a recent trip to Greensboro. Once each for breakfast and dinner. And I can say that this place is a typical hotel restaurant. Which is to say that the food is fine but unremarkable. It’s fine in a pinch when you don’t want to travel for a meal, but isn’t something that would attract people on its own. For example, bread service with our drinks or soup and salad courses would have been nice. Also, some of the portions ran small and the dishes would have benefited from better seasoning, or the flavor and texture of another side. They also had some trouble with their cocktail service which resulted in a Manhattan served with ice in a martini glass, and an Old Fashioned that was half empty with weirdly muddled fruit garnish all over. That said, the service was friendly and attentive, and they did their best to make things right. We enjoyed our meals and would eat here again, but as I said, just for convenience.
