I have never had such a racist experience here in my life. My veteran husband and I went for a quick breakfast, we sat in a booth for over 10 minutes never even was acknowledged, was walked past numerous times by different waitresses . The people who walked in after us even got to place a to go order . This was absolutely disgusting, never in my life even when we got up to walk out no one cared. Never have been treated this at a Waffle House establishment , sad thing is we went to this location after church regularly. Will never go back to this location again, corporate wake up ! Was not even busy and don’t blame short staffing , ridiculous .

The server that took our orders did a great job of not just tending to our group but all the areas she had to cover that day. Also, they held on to some distro that accidentally left at the restaurant but one of the employees picked up and put it in safe keeping until we returned to reclaim it.

Normally the experience is pleasant but for some reason this morning it wasn’t so nice. This women refused to say good morning, would you like anything or what are you ordering. I walked in the cooler greeted me she was on a call. When she hung up I stood at the front and she went to have a seats I assumed she was coming back never came back to take my order then as I was leaving the cooked asked her was she gonna take my order and she didn’t move until I walked out the store that’s when I grabbed this phone of her. I don’t need a free anything Waffle House, but her job is taking orders and I don’t think she likes this job so much unfortunately

The services in this location are very poor. Multiple times I have been there, the server would forget my order and would have to reorder. Sometimes, they mixed up my order and would give me the wrong one. It seems like they have a high turnover of servers as I find different ones almost every time I am there. I used to go there a lot because it is convenient for me, but I have limited my visit now.

Disappointed today. WH food shd be consistently good but sadly, the ones in our area can’t seem to hire staff that care about the quality of the product they put out. The daytime cook was/is the basic problem at this location. Enough so that I politely asked him how I shd order my scrambled eggs so he cd cook them how I want them. He forgot he had a waffle in the griddle and burned it. I had to ask our server to get it and she apologized and said it was overcooked and she was remaking it. The bacon was almost burned but somehow still wasn’t “crisp” and the orange juice had to thaw before we cd drink it. We love WH but we’ll be driving to Loganville from now on since this isn’t the first time this WH has disappointed.

I’m sorry but to be honest this Waffle House sucks so much! If you can even catch them inside n the door unlocked(because everytime we go they are on break n lock it down) then don’t get to excited because every single time the order is wrong, and not cooked the way you asked at all! We order the same thing everytime we go (at least twice a week) a sausage egg n cheese hashbrown bowl, with hashbrowns light not crunchy but everytime something is missing from the bowl n it’s burnt , not crispy but burnt hard as a rock n taste horrible! Started go down 78 a little farther n that Waffle House is great ! Food is good n right e everytime! Oh and they don’t make you feel like a bother for coming there!
