It’s sad when you find a place you like and the more you order the worse it gets. We have ordered approximately 5 times. The first time was absolutely wonderful. Yet each time after has gone down hill. Last time they totally forgot our au jus. Took over an hour to get our sandwiches and than almost an hour to get them to return. Ordered again tonight and they were much quicker and did get the au jus. However, the cup is less than half full with meat in it. I know the meat could be from cooking but to only receive a small amount for a large sandwich is crazy. It truly saddens me that it is not as good as the first time. The flavor is always good and the delivery drivers are great. I hope they go back to the way it was the first time.

Grabbed a quick lunch on 6/9/23, Boomtown on white bread. Not only was the sandwich delicious but the service was amazing. Best BLT I’ve had in a long time. Cannot emphasize enough how great the two women that took and made my order were! Professional, friendly, and made a great samdwhich!

I work at a hospital and I had to order catering for our day and Night shift. Ordering was so simple, I got exactly what I needed for everyone, the employee was so helpful and I kidd you not, it only took 6 minutes to place both my orders. Pickup was a breeze, they were so kind and courteous and helped me pack everything in a box so I could easily get it into my work. The fold was great quality and very fresh! Everything was as advertised and better! Cannot wait to come back here!

It’s my daughters birthday and she chose Silver Mine. I called to put in an order, and the phone just rang and rang and was never answered. I called twice. Kinda happy, though, because the last time I got food from here, it was trash, and after reading the reviews, I see it still hasn’t changed. This place really does a horrible job at hiring people who take pride in the work they do and respect the value of the customer relationship.

I thought I’d try it out again and disappointed. One, I pull up to seeing no gloves or masks by the employees. Two, I had to drive back because they forgot the Au Jus. The order is that simple, bread meat sauce, yet they still manage to mess up. I would go on, but honestly, dont waste your time. Many better places to get a good sub thats made right and let me add one more point, never order if you do the motherlode. Twice I have gotten food poisoning and later learned from a former employee they use the meat about to or has gone bad on that sandwich. Done with this place and the employees I hope never get a job again in the food industry.

I love Silver Mine and could eat here constantly. My go-to sub is definitely the Steam Engine. They have good prices and the food is always excellent. I usually do online orders for my food and go pick it up. I have never had any issues and the employees are always great when I come in. I appreciate that I am always acknowledged even if they’re busy making sandwiches and can’t get up to the register right away. Plus, you can’t beat the incredible smell of the shop while you’re waiting.
