I bought a 15 piece Family meal for 5 people, it came with Dirty rice/Corn nuggets and Fried okra. Got half roasted chicken and half fried chicken. It was so good going back next week, if you ever around Texarkana, Texas it’s a must that you stop.

Went through the drive through & ordered & they were out everything I was trying to order. The only roasted chicken they had was a few wings & a couple drumsticks so I ordered what they did have available. When I got home, & I live bout 3 miles from the restaurant, it was all cold, & too tough to eat. SMH ♀️

Service was horrible, nothing was stocked, ie napkins, silverware, there was dirt on sides of the cups we were given. The actual meals were junior size and the sides took all of two bites. Very disappointing!

We went on Halloween after trick or treating 30 minutes before they closed. Even though it was late and the employees had begun to clean, they welcomed us in. The employees were polite, friendly and extra nice. The employees really sold the customer service! The cooked fresh food and never rushed us. My grandson won the “golden chick ” egg and the employees brought him his prize without having to ask. Needless to say ….. I am impressed!

The food is always good. I went through the drive-thru and the slim young guy at the window was very unfriendly. He looked at me, took my money, gave change and shut the window. The only words spoken was the total amount. When he handed me the food, looked right at me and nothing. I was totally shocked!
