What a great little find! The people are so friendly and welcoming. I ordered 2 egg breakfast with ham. Everything was hot and flavorful. The people behind ordered hamburgers, the waitress said they are 1/2 pound! This place just makes you happy with all the positive energy they all have.

Driving home from Hot Springs and didn’t want to wait 30 min for breakfast in town. Found this place off the highway and was glad we stopped in. The food and service were both great. We had the Jany special, and it was delicious. Jany is super friendly. Would definitely eat here again.

Quaint small-town atmosphere restaurant. Deceiving from the outside but don’t pass this place up. They have recently had a name change, so don’t miss this place – Google Maps lists it as Tikis Landing, but the new name is Jany’s Place Family Restaurant. Wonderful sweet owner who makes all the food from scratch. We had a wonderful breakfast. The pancakes were hot n fluffy sprinkled with powdered sugar My husband had the Sunrise breakfast with two sunny side up eggs, country potato hashbrowns with bacon and toast. Everything was great! Stop in and be treated well by all the waitstaff and owners

Very polite and friendly. I’ve never inhaled food this fast before. It’s out of the way but I’m definitely making the trip out here again. Great prices, large portions, amazing food. Simple and yum

A little variety diner on the outskirts of Hot Springs, it is a place to fill up with cheap food.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise! The food was delicious. Tried the fried pickles; they were great. The coating was light, crunchy and flavorful. Also had the Philly Cheese Steak which was really good, and real steak, not minute steak. Seasoned and grilled perfectly with the right blend of grilled veggies. Jany’s was definitely worth the drive.
