I ordered the New York pizza and I usually get it delivered, but I was in the area, so when I went to pick it up, I looked at it and it did not look like the one I usually order that has a lot of sauce and a lot of cheese and it’s melting when you pick up a piece, and I asked the lady is that the New York one, it’s what it says on the box, but I wanted to make sure and she said yes yes that’s the one so I thought OK maybe I can’t till now by just looking at it, even though I had my doubts about the way it looks, so I thought I will make sure when I get home, I will see, unfortunately, it was sticking together it is not melting whatsoever and it’s not like the one I usually order from other places, it was awful, and I also like to add that the person that was taking the order. I couldn’t understand what he was saying. His English was broken that I was having a hard time telling him what my order is, and maybe he just made another one or he’s new and wasn’t trained properly, who knows what the heck he did, but it does not taste anything like the other places that makes the same

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I got the 2 large pizzas bread sticks and a cookie. I’m almost 100% sure it was frozen pizza it was barely larger than my hand and the crust and topping were horrible. Totinos pizza is better and that’s no exaggeration!

I can’t decide how to pick up a pizza from here. You can wait in the line for the window for 10 minutes while someone who was way to early waits for their pizza to cook at the window. Or you can stand at the front desk for 10 plus minutes as everyone ignores you standing there. Pizza Hut really needs to adopt fast food processes for their window orders.

Cinder is the best! However, shame on her corporate overlords who refuse to put the lunch buffet back in place after covid. They have no reason to prevent this and I’m absolutely sure it’s tanking their weekday sales (FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS) and Cinder’s livelihood in making tips… so ridiculous. If others see this post please join me in trying to bring this to their attention! BRING BACK THE LUNCH BUFFET AND BE PROFITABLE AGAIN!
