The food was very good but it’s not what I ordered. I was already home so I did not ask them to fix it. I placed the order for online and it was not a good experience. When I walked up to the pick up line and they made me go around and wait in line even though I already paid (and tipped). The done orders were visible but it was busy so I thought I would go to the bar and order a drink while waited for the staff to get my food. I knew even if I couldn’t finish the drink I would at least be able to sit down. This would be a win/win or so I thought. The bartender made me get up and wait in line which was now twice as long. The food was great but did not like how awkward everything was as a customer trying to get the correct food. Convenience is a huge factor in deciding where to eat.

Juan the manager and Jake the bartender are the best. The food is great and prices are very reasonable. The drinks are delicious and Jake will take care of you in the bar with excellent service. A definitely great place to go for Mexican food and drinks. Highly recommend Caramba’s

Great food?? Maybe they ran out of great food for us. My pollo fundido burrito seemed like it had canned chicken without any doctoring up – no seasoning. Absolutely zero flavor, borderline icky, and just confusing – why are we serving , this to people? My friend’s taquitos were also bland and unappealing.

Unorganized. Not sure if it’s a restaurant, bar or take out. 1 guy tok our order then a 2nd guy did too. Everything comes on Styrofoam. You get chips and no salsa. You have to get your own Dixie cup of salsa. Took a bit for a check and no one came back to see if we need anything else. Prices are cheap. But get what you pay for on service.

My wife swear that this place served great taco bowls and burritos and that she wanted me to pick her up dinner, so I did and I purchased the burrito for myself (steak in both) got home and we both preceeded to eat and we had to spit what we had in our mouths out , my wife even started to feel as though she was going to regurgitate . I never thought that there Was a “Mexican restaurant ” that served Worse quality of meat (steak) then some of the Filoberto’s drive though Mexican restaurants. I gave this place a 2 star because it was pretty clean. If you want to experience place that serves good quality steak tacos and other meals take my advice and visit some of these Mexican coneaceria’s (Mexican grocery stores) like the one on 35th and Bell ( behind the Chase bank), 35th and Glendale Ave or 19th and Dunlap Ave. Just my opinion.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. The burrito fundido is MY FAVE! Chips and salsa are SO GOOD and fresh. I love all the locations to be honest but this location is the OG of the west valley and had been consistently delicious.

Observed the cook jump to touch the doorway then touch the floor pick up his vape and go right back to cooking without changing or washing his hands. The food had no flavor or seasoning. Would like to speak with the manager.
