Five stars all around! The service was amazing as well as the food and drinks! My family was a big fan of the lychee martini and I loved the Thai tea. There was a lot of us so we ordered quite a few items off the menu (see pictures). Absolutely no complaints since all the food was delicious! The restaurant itself had a fun atmosphere and seemed rather popular. Would love to go again next time I’m in town!

Resilience Viet Kitchen & Bar is a top quality establishment with amazing ambiance and decor. Ample attention to detail was paid when designing this restaurant. Every item we ordered was top notch. The spicy bone marrow is an unique one of one dish. Simply amazing. Chicken dumplings were good. The salt and pepper shrimp was spicy and great. The beef rib pho was great with the portion size being very generous. We ordered extra brisket and meatballs. In hindsight, the extras were not really needed as the pho came with ample portions of protein. The drinks were on point as well. Love in Saigon is an unique must try menu item. Lychee mojito was refreshing. The Pandan Paradise was a dessert drink. It maybe an acquired taste for some folks, but I rather enjoyed it. The service was excellent. From the servers to the bartenders, every single one of them were attentive, caring, and gave valuable suggestions. One or two things I would say that they could improve on is the following: the restaurant can get a bit warm (maybe add sun shades or window tints). Utilizing cloth napkins instead of paper ones (just does not match the ambiance of the restaurant). Would recommend to anyone in the area. 10/10.

The egg rolls, beef bahn mi, and bone marrow were all good. Its cool to see a place that serves relatively affordable bonemarrow here. The atmosphere is nice but casual/business casual which I like.

The best cocktails in the Energy corridor. Vietnamese cousins deserves a special appreciation as well. Wife in love with this place as well as kids. Atmosphere is the most friendly and relaxing. No need to shout to hear each other.

The environment, staff, and food was amazing! So delicious and worth the splurge! I got the black pepper steak, and the lychee martini. If I’m feeling adventurous enough next time, I definitely want to try the frog legs!! Can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu

Birthday lunch with my boss we had never had been before. so we decided to try something new. It was absolutely delicious had dumplings, egg rolls hot soup and vermachelli noodles with chicken. Along with a beautiful smoked old fashioned. I had a very big Italian handbag and they brought a purse stand for me to put my hand back on instead of me having to have it on the table or on the floor That was the coolest thing to me because I do not like putting my handbag on the floor.
