This location in Ft. WORTH is a true community location. Matt helped our non profit at Faded Blue and at Dunbar High School words are minor for the heart and soul of this location to help the community. The pizza was a success and was wonderful to bring happiness to the community and kids at school.

Ordered pizza a couple weeks ago. After an hour, I received a call from customer service saying the order wasn’t coming because the store was experiencing system issues. I asked the guy why would they wait an hour to say that, I have a family waiting (including a 6 year old) for food for an hour then have to figure what else to get. I asked him how were we going to be compensated for the issue. He said he was submitting a request for the GM to contact me. NEVER received a call. And looking back on my previous review, you can get I’ll never come back to this location.

Like the other reviews delivery here stinks. Pretty obvious I got a door dash delivery. It was 30 minutes later than promised, dropped off at the door by some guy not in papa johns attire, not in a warning container when he left it on the porch, and the pizza was super cold. Gave the review they asked for, got one email, when I responded no response back. Worst thing you can do as a restaurant is not respond to a complaint. Just switched to Domino’s going forward.

Cold burnt pizza. I understand during pandemic everyone is short staffed, however maybe should not COOK the pizza until someone can deliver. I wouldn’t of cared if it took 2 hours as long as it’s hot and fresh. Heck I wouldn’t of posted if it was burnt. Sucks.. We shouldn’t be punished because we are helping you keep your store open.
