First the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I asked to substitute bananas and there was no problem. The fruit is always fresh the açaí bowl puts playa bowls to shame. I highly recommend extra banana.

Got home the bowl was made with the wrong flavored protein, too heavy on the sweet ingredients, barely any acai. The staff wasn’t friendly, ordered fresh brewed peach iced tea listed on window they handed me a Snapple (?). Way too expensive for not the greatest experience. Will make other arrangements next time. Photo below is the Acai portion, it was supposed to be vanilla plant protein, no purple only brown from chocolate and Nutella.

Walked over here just after 8am to get an AM smoothie. Nobody was there. If you guys are short staffed, change your hours!! Plenty other restaurants have done that. And most customers don’t mind so long as someone is there when you claim someone will be there!
