This It’s in a bad location a lot of street people hanging out as for the food it’s was horrible Embarrassing to even have k f c’s name on it The chicken was greasy. The skin was dead, looking and horrible. I became ill at After eating this chicken someone needs to have Strategy in place to check on employees, managers and so forth to make sure the food is cooked properly I will never eat at this location again beware when eating here eat at your own risk hopefully someone will see this in the big office and do something of this sad condition

This place is the worst fast food location anything I’ve been to. I’d give names but there were no name tags. The girl in the pink sweater dropped the N word 4 times will sitting next to the soda machine while on the clock. Looked to me that was probably a black out spot on the cameras and she was hiding. I was not even 2 feet from her when she was using this language talking with someone on speakerphone with my 3 children listening to words they’ve never heard before. I’d love to file a formal complaint but again no name tags so that’s gonna be difficult. Not to mention none of them ever said 2 words to me or my family. When we walked in she just looked around waiting for me to start talking. We already knew what we wanted, it’s not like we were browsing. I had to ask for straws because nothing was stocked so she got a bag and dumped them in the dispenser. She watched as one fell, looked at it and walked away. If she were my employee I’d fire her on the spot for multiple reasons. When we left the place was actually cleaner because of us. Seemed we were the only people that actually cared. If it weren’t for my 6 month old eating we never would have stayed. I will tell everyone about this and WON’T be coming back. Taco bell corporation, I’m sorry for you that these are the people working for you that you don’t even know about. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

This is the second week that they haven’t been ready with not only just the taco bell side but the kfc side. It’s currently 11am and the kfc side is still down. Was told at 10 am when the drive through opens, a hour after the dine-in opens, that we’d have to wait an hour. Only to be told yet again the kfc side is still down.

The restaurant is filthy. You can tell they occasionally slap a mop around with entirely too much soap…enough to make the floor slippery and sticky. The same is true for their cleaning mixture….too heavy on the chemical because everything you touch is sticky. There are splatter spots on backsplashes, backsides of chairs and booths, a dried up puddle of who knows what underneath one of the booths that’s been there for who knows how long. Unfortunately I noticed all of this AFTER my 20 minute wait for food. 2 minutes for my meal and 18 for a side of gravy and a fresh biscuit to replace the rock they gave me the first time. Horrible service, disgusting environment, and mediocre food for a high price. I could have paid the same amount and been waited on. Never again….

We just came from there and we ordered a lot of biscuits (18 total). 8 came with our meal we ordered 6 more and got 4 dessert biscuits. ALL of them were still doughy not one was cooked thru. We like kfc but when I tried to call no one answered the phone and I don’t want to go back up there. Its kinda far. My kids are disappointed cause the like the biscuits. Try better pls.
