Again, I don’t just give anywhere a 5 star. But this place earned it hands down. Hot delicious food. Great burgers, fresh, hot fries. Chicken stips are really good. Bacon dog was awesome. Speaking of bacon, they use a very good quality of real bacon. Great job and very kind people here. Top notch as always.

This is a pretty small establishment but offer sitting indoors. The cashier was friendly, too. They offer a variety of sandwiches and they have a tasty chili burger. I wish they would disinfect tables or at least clean them, the table where we sat was sticky and had crumbs all over. Going back to the food, their chili is good and the portions are huge. If you want to get the chili cheesefries and burger know that it will be a lot of food.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in the customer service industry and I have been a loyal customer of Johnnys burgers since 2012. NO MORE. they refused to replace a hamburger that was made incorrectly and when we didn’t want the hamburger anymore they wouldn’t refund the purchase.

If you go to ANY Johnny’s Burger in Riverside, you will not be disappointed. Best burgers in Riverside HANDS DOWN. Although the one on La Sierra is my personal favorite since I grew up in that area, the Riverside Plaza location does not miss!

Good burger place. I usually get a turkey burger or black bean burger like I did today. If you’ve never tried the black bean burger, try it! This was the first place I ever tried a black bean burger (years and years ago) and it blew my mind how delicious it was.

The young Latina cashier said in a light voice, “I’ll help the next person.” She had her head/face down throughout my interaction with her. I wasn’t sure she was even referring to me when I approached the counter a few seconds thereafter. No greeting whatsoever. I was waiting for a “May I help you? Can I take your order?” Something so finally I ordered the Pacific Island burger (AKA Hawaiian burger), it was good but the buns where larger than the small burger patty – this is why I gave them one star. The dinning area: tables/floor were dirty. Executive Management: train associates to value customers & do a better job in quickly cleaning-up your small establishment. Maybe pay your employees a higher wage than minimum; this usually works & does the job. Take the example of some of your competitors such as IN-N-OUT Burger. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
