3/18/23 5:40pm Poor service and place was empty. Clearly the staff didn’t want to be there. The food looked like it had been sitting for hours, but no biggie – I was hoping they’d be generous to use it. But no – see the picture of the very very small $9 burrito a was sold. I guess it is easier to fold and make it with less. But this is wrong. Also the chips with the kids came with only 3 chips!?!? My wife asked for more, the young lady started to push back and say that’s how they come, but the guy went back a put few more in. Avoid this location if at all possible.

Very dirty dining area. Should have read the reviews before eating here. My barbacoa burrito was made with a large chunk of fat with very little eatable meat. Trash cans overflowing.

Just stopped by for lunch. Their white rice wasn’t cooked enough. Had large clumps of rice that were soggy and it looked like it was not cooked long enough.

These are supposed to be two full sized burrito bowls. We paid $9 a piece for this. This was a mobile order, so imagine my surprise when I unpack it and feel how extremely light these burrito bowls are.

I forgot I stopped coming to this location for a reason. I got a steak bowl and a chicken bowl with queso and chips I asked for extra lettuce and got light lettuce, all the portions were literally for a child. This is a chain restaurant the portions are so inconsistent Mcdonalds would’ve been a better choice and the chips were actually disgusting they were like 4 days old they were rubbery and wouldn’t break just bend. I would have gone back but I had to go to work. Called for a refund no one answered and I went on customer service through the email I was sent and no one has gotten back to me. PLEASE drive the extra miles to a different location that serves the correct portions and doesn’t serve old stale food get your money’s worth.

First time at this branch. Service was quite slow. So unusual for Chipotle Mexican Grill to be understaffed especially on a Friday at dinner time. Restaurant was pretty dirty. Management needs to pay more attention to his/her store.

This is the most terrible experience I’ve ever had to deal with at a fast food restaurant, which is ridiculous. To start off whenever I place my order I came inside to pick it up and it wasn’t even made. It was supposed to be ordered and ready by 1020 around 1040. I gave up and spoke to somebody and then they made my order, but incorrectly made it when I try to inform the employee which war two guys I don’t know their names, but they are always working overnight. They tried to tell me that what I was explaining to them was incorrect. How are you gonna tell me what I ordered and it was clearly on the receipt, or after my food was incorrectly, made and hand it to me I was informed that most of the ingredients that I put on my quesadilla was not even available. More than five people were angry that night with different issues. For example, a Burrito not even be rolled up properly and spilling everywhere . To walk into expect my order not to be made and to be not greeted or treated as a customer plus, everyone else weren’t even getting any help that was around me multiple people were frustrated I could’ve just save the time and went to the other chipotle. This chipotle is always having issues and this is my second time having a problem with them. The first time was a messy bowl that was made right in front of me. I will never come back here and I hope the manager does reach out because I had to call customer service just to get a refund on something that could’ve been fixed and handled properly.

Wife brought me home a chicken burrito and the she added red sauce to it. That sauce was unusually so hot. Messed my stomach and throat up for 2 days. Not sure what was order wrong. The burrito was good. I have to skip the red sauce next time.

I placed a pickup order while out of town in Round Rock, TX. I ordered several meals and two large orders chips and queso. The chips were so stale that it was impossible to eat. I called to see what store could do and it was impossible to speak with anyone. They require you to follow link in email confirmation which I did and all they do is say sorry, we will pass along to leadership. I’ll never spend another dollar here, I’m so disappointed in the service and lack of quality for their expensive food.
