Last night my husband and I had another incredible dining experience at Vault and Cellar. They have mastered the art of transforming humble proteins into elevated culinary delights! Not only was the food amazing, but the warm and inviting ambiance made us feel like part of the family. Not to be forgotten, their cocktails are inventive, tasty and balanced. Best of all, this hidden gem offers incredible value for quality. Won’t stop sharing how much we enjoy this little tiny restaurant nestled in the Shenandoah valley!

Amazing restaurant! The building is beautiful and the service was great. There were a lot of drink options. I had Follow Your Nose drink and it was very refreshing and the fruit loops on top was a great add. We had the pork belly appetizer which was perfectly fried and the sauces and pickled onion complimented it perfectly. We had the vault burger and the goat entree and we left those plates clean with how good it was. We had bread pudding for dessert and everyone in our party loved it. I really loved how the menu had dishes that I’ve never seen before in a restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Hello 14 page whisky selection! You warmed my heart for many hours. Say yes to whisky Wednesday, which is 20% off all pours of whisky. And, yes, the Vault & Cellar also serves up some pretty amazing food. The goat was not available, supply chain issues. But so many other amazing options I only stayed disappointed for a moment. Service was top notch! And the cocktails we saw coming from the bar looked like they could be highlighted in ever cocktail magazine ever sold. What a treat! And we will be back! Let me say it again, that whisky selection!!! Nom nom!

You will not find finer cuisine in this or the surrounding area. It’s the perfect marriage of Appalachia and fine dining. The food was exquisite in presentation and taste. The cocktails are well thought out and balanced. The atmosphere matches the food perfectly. Reservations are strongly recommended due to the understandably high demand for tables. We will absolutely be returning!

The top quality regional ingredients are prepared to perfection. Shannon gave great advice on wines. We were pampered by Aly who celebrated our anniversary with gifted champagne and bourbon truffles. Venison roast and the corn chowder were our favorites. Ask to see inside the bank vault! The back patio will be lovely in warm weather.

Great experience. The whole place ,people, staff,owners were absolutely amazing. The food was very delicious and tasty. Best ever catfish I ever had. If you like a refreshing cocktail try a very refreshing, Spa Water ,I think it was called . Highly recommend to stop here. I will definitely be back. Plus, there is outdoor seating tucked away as well. The Cellar is a full functional bar with seating as well.So many foods and beverages I want to try!

We visited Vault and Cellar for a Galentine’s Brunch. The food was amazing! The breakfast sandwich had these candied jalapeños that were to die for! Both the red velvet pancakes and the strawberry cheesecake french toast were also delicious. Be warned- the mimosa flight includes 3 full sized mimosas, not smaller versions to taste. I wasn’t mad about it,but I was glad I wasn’t driving. Much pricier than other local joints, but it was a phenomenal meal worth revisiting!
