Terrible – they runs ads for the breakfast, so I thought I’d give them a try. Never again. Total waste of money. Their claims the French toast are like “momma use to make”. Not my momma. The French toast was awful. On top of the fact that the service is slow. They really need to stop running those ads and get out the breakfast game. They are not good at it. One more reason why I rarely eat at Wendy’s.

Ordered drive thru around 4:30pm, only car in line. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, the chicken was fried more than once and was so burnt and dry I had to just throw it away. It was definitely a left over from earlier in the day. My fries were also double fried and burnt.

Two times in a row on different months I got a chocolate frosty that was grainy and not mixed properly. More like a slushy than a smooth and creamy frosty. Either their frosty machine needs to be better maintained or replaced

This Wendy’s is garbage. The lobby says open but it’s not and the staff treat you like s***. Not sure how this location stays open, as it rarely has customers and when they do get some the customer service is horrible. You don’t have to yell to be considered agressive and rude. I cloudy get my food and was told to go all the way around in drive thru a second time. I’m never eating here again.

I have been going to this Wendy’s for 10 years. Granted… every place can have an off day and serve some sub-par food at some point. But this Wendy’s takes the cake for the worst Wendy’s I have ever transited. It consistently serves bad quality food and forgets part of your order almost every single time. I went there for lunch today seeking a Taco Salad and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger (drive-thru which is the bulk of their business). What did I get? Not only did I not get the Cheeseburger I ordered, but the salad I was served was wilted and absolutely inedible. My lunch was ruined. I posted some pictures just to show how brown and disgusting some of the lettuce looked. I didn’t even attempt to get a refund since I know that would have taken forever and it would have meant going inside the building where the employees do not wear masks and, if they do, they wear them ineffectively as chin diapers. After so many years of horrible food service and quality, I felt it my responsibility to post a review on just how bad it is. I will NEVER go back here again and will deter anyone that I know from visiting this place. Where are the health inspectors when you need ’em?

If I could do 0 I would. I was picking up and Uber eats order, it wasn’t ready, no surprise their. What did surprise me was the unprofessional and down right trashy employees. One lady cleaning the dining room began to complain to her friend on the phone how these customers are trifling m fers, for the condition of the dining room. That’s your job!!!! Restaurant itself was disgusting. No other customers in the place do what are y’all doing. I advised my customer to never order from there again.

This location has NEVER given me my full order when using the drive through. They charge me for it, but always leave out 1 or more items. They don’t answer the phone, and have never been cooperative with giving me the missing item / items. Tonight, I ordered 20 nuggets and an order of fries. I received 10 nuggets, but was charged for the whole order. Get it together you lazy & incompetent thieves!

10:39 Friday night and once again their system is down. The owner of this franchise needs to fire all of these lazy, clowns who constantly close whenever they feel like it. We could see inside the window. One of the employees was sitting at a table smoking a cigarette while a bunch of kids running around. Today is 4/21, check the schedule and fire this crew. if I could give this Wendy’s a 0 star I would, the workers there are rude in the drive thru & every time I have come to this location they never have baked potatoes. i was waiting behind two cars and neither of the two cars got serviced and drove off . once I got to the window I said hello and the worker told me not to say hello and just order my food.. what do you mean just order my food ?? this Wendy’s needs to be shut down.
