Good morning, I went this morning to get coffee’ as I always do ! The worker was handing me the coffee through the drive through window holding the top! I ask for a sleeve she said they didn’t have none! Uhhhmmm ok so if I drop this coffee that could be bad. She was holding the top so when I grabbed it . It was hot not good get sleeves Tim Horton this can cause you lots of problems in the future .

They are definitely not in a hurry here. No signs up indicating the dining room is not open (only the drive thru). We ordered 2 combos and it took about 5mins (we were the only ones in line at 1030am). Food was decent though!

Donuts are fine but the operation is poor. I’m not sure where the disconnect is with your app and the location, but the only two times I’ve used it there has been issues. 1) the store said the order never came through. 2) only half the order was showing in their system. Also, my donuts were put bags.

Went to pick up my order. They didn’t have Chilli which is no big deal. But then they told me I can’t have a refund either because their manager is out. Food is fine, but this location is ehh at best. The servers are kind of rude.

The food was tasty but I went through the drive thru and ordered a BLT combo. They gave my a breakfast sandwich, when I went back to get the food I paid for they gave me a chicken wrap, when I went to get it fixed a third time they said they ran out of bacon and gave me a refund. The employees were nice about it but getting food wrong twice and then telling me I couldn’t get the BLT warrants a review.

On multiple occasions They don’t have any any ingredients to make a single sandwich and you get a packet of stale crackers with chilli instead of the bread it is supposed to come with. Waste of money

In all honesty they should just shut this branch down or hire more people because people seem to be having some pretty bad reviews about this place and I can personally back it up. This Tim Hortons is pretty dirty it’s only 10:33 a.m. all the donuts are gone and spread all over inside the case like a hurricane hit it. There’s apparently not enough people working here to keep up with the food so it’s really slow. Wouldn’t recommend this Tim Hortons. I ended up walking out because it was taking so long. But in reality why would anybody want to work at fast food, you don’t make enough money to even pay your rent so I can’t complain too much.
