I’ve always been a lover of Papa John’s pizza but the last 2 times I ordered lg 1/2 deluxe and 1/2 pepperoni & hamb only two slices were covered with deluxe toppings other two were very sparse. Not what I expect from P J’s. Hamb – Pepperoni side was good. Staff and service was great.

Obviously Papa John’s is amazing, but the people who run this place are great. When my wife was pregnant, we ate here twice a week. Yes, I gained sympathy weight. The owners would recognize us and knew what we liked to order. They were always friendly and consistently had great service. Great people.

If I was just rating the pizza, I would go with 3 stars. Not the best I have ever had but not the worst. If I was rating delivery speed I might even go up to 4, they are usually pretty quick. But this rating is about customer service, really poor customer service. The kind of customer service where you call in to report problem with the order and are basically told they are too busy to care. Seriously, too busy to care. I guess my $45 order was just not lucrative or important enough for them to get right or repair it when they didn’t. Apparently they no long want me as a customer, and I willing to oblige.
