Out shopping and taco bell sounded good .. this location was very sad.. no one in drive or inside and already the nasty begins.. the soda fountain all sticky and drips all over, no forks to use to help eat my Mexican pizza and barely any meat and most bites no meat . Manager was so rude. We ordered a gordida, and a dipping box. They placed my mom’s burrito in my box and mine in my mom’s. I ate mine and when my mom went to eat hers it was a bean and cheese burrito. We asked the staff to fix it please. Management told us at first the bean and cheese burrito was a Supreme burrito. Then they told us they had put my burrito in my mom’s box and hers in mine and would not fix it because we got what we ordered. I again asked them to fix it because how would we know that and yhe result was my mom got a burrito she wouldn’t eat. I had to refuse to take no for an answer and demand it be fixed. This was a simple mistake, easily fixed, but it had to turn into an argument that left us feeling uncomfortable. My mom was worried that they would spit in her burrito and so was I so I watched the staff make it. 08-26-2023 at approximately 4:10. Wearing a hat with buttons.

We had ordered a nacho bell grande, 2 bean burritos, mexican pizza n a soft taco. They lady at the payment window took our money n only gave us 2 hot sauces n 2 fire sauces. We politely asked for some more n she said very rudely told us no. That’s the last time I’ll be going to that location!! Shame on her!!

Just another friggin TacoBell as far as I can tell. I only went through the drive through window. From what I could see it’s a clean establishment. The food was well prepared and served in a very timely manner. The drive through window operators were very cordial and professional. It’s a sure enough eatery for everyone!

No seasoning on fries, no hot sauce packets, no cheese sauce for both orders of fries, ordered online. And waited for 10mins in the drive-thru and then called after realizing their mistakes and they hungup on me and wouldn’t answer again. Ridiculous, don’t even waste your time or money.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I’d give it no stars if I could. This is that 7.99 burrito box. Yes, I did add some guacamole and a spicy sauce, but it still shouldn’t have come our like this. It was all in 1 bag, with the heavy stuff on top of the lighter stuff. And, eventhough I wasn’t charged for them, I also asked for 1 extra cinnamon twists for my 1yo son. Didn’t get them either. I only go to this one cause its closer to my house. But, I’ll drive over on 20. Maybe they can get it right. It all comes down to this, if you repeat the order back, stuff like this won’t happen. I’d rather you repeat it back 3x than get it all wrong.

The breakfast steak crunch wrap is the bomb. The breakfast sauce gives it that extra flavor but is not hot at all. I get the breakfast box comes with extra hashbrown and 2 cinna mini balls with icing in the middle and I get a hot coffee which is strong and made fresh and really hot.
