Waited in line in the drive through for 10 minutes even though it was dead. It is Friday at 9pm with one car ahead of us and hardly any people inside. The girl spoke with us once saying she would take our order in a minute. Then silence. As someone who has worked in fast food before im really not sure what they were doing since it was so non-busy that they apparently couldn’t take an order (which was just going to be 2 sodas…) it was ridiculous so we left and went to Taco Bell next door instead where we were in and out in a minute or two! Don’t even bother coming to this location if you want decent or reasonably timed service.

At 7:00pm on Wednesday December 14th I ordered a meal for my family at the kiosk and was instructed to take a number and sit to wait for my food. At 7:30pm I went to check on my order and the girl at the front laughed and said “yeah it’s right here” waving at trays of food that had been sitting on the front counter. It was all super cold and it was too late to go anywhere else so we had to eat our cold meal, not very enjoyable and not worth the $50 spent on the meal.

Would be cool if your store hours matched your advertised hours. I don’t know though, just a suggestion that might help people. Come through there weekly and it seems as if the employees decide when they want to close at night, not the actual store hours.
