Was excited to have a snack wrap for lunch. Save your $. It was gross. I got classic without pickles. The tortilla was like plastic, the chicken strip was ok but very small, a glorp of beige mayo. I took one bite and tossed the rest. After paying $9, I asked for a dipping sauce and was told they’re $.20. Each. Um, no thanks. Picture is one that’s unwrapped and the one I took a bite.

Ordered a whole meal, for the most part their customer service is good but this time she was rude, short, no please or thank you when asking for the money. We get home and no condiments, no eating utensils (luckily we were home) they didn’t ask if we would like sauces, so no sauces for our chicken which we would’ve payed extra if need be. Our chicken littles were just thrown together with mayo everywhere, the pickles just stacked instead of nicely spread apart and the chicken itself sliding off the side, you can tell they put no care whatsoever in making them.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner classic style but I also wanted all white meat and I called the restaurant and told them I would pay extra for the white meat and it got delivered and I got a mixture of chicken . I’m really not happy to have a mixture of chicken instead of what I wanted.
