I ordered the butter chicken because it said it came with raisins and cashews, what a lie, there was literally one single raisin in the entire dish and no cashews at all. If there had been raisins and cashews in it, it would have been better. It was nothing to write home about, I like the Tikka from Buffalo Tika house much better. I ordered the paratha and it was absolutely terrible. Burned, bland, dry. Might as well eat cardboard.

Wonderful food for a stellar price. Jackie who works there is the sweetest most helpful and kind lady. The food is unbelievably great. 10/10 recommend their food.

This is the best Indian food around! I’ve been here multiple times and have had a great food every time! The staff there is incredibly friendly and sincere! Can’t recommend it enough.

I’ve had a lot of Indian food in the Buffalo area and this was unfortunately the most disappointing. I ordered vegetable curry for $14.99..which ended up being frozen vegetables in water topped with oil. It was flavorless, quite watery, and the oil layer was thick. This is not the creamy flavorful curry you’d expect. I’m genuinely upset to have paid that much for what I got, especially since this price is equivalent to some of the best I’ve had in Buffalo. I gave 2 stars because the paneer naan was pretty good. If you’re going to try the place, DON’T get the vegetable curry. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu.

I love Indian food and the culture, I’ve been searching for a good Indian restaurant since moving to the south towns years ago, and stumbled upon this place, the Indian dishes are sooo good! The butter chicken is one of my faves. The best surprise are the chicken wings! Absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and the taste was above the rest!

Writing this in hopes that owners see it and address it because this was our FAVORITE place to eat. Since 2020 we have ordered here weekly, if not twice a week, because we loved the food and service so much. Starting at the end of last year the service and food went rapidly downhill. Food taking over an hour to be ready and the recipe for favorites such as chicken tikka massala being completely different and greasy on top. Please, please, please bring back the old Taj!! It was so nice having a good Indian place in the south towns, missing it!

The food was excellent and had proper authentic punjabi cuisine flavors. It seemed as if it was perfectly marinated and cooked with a bunch of rich and aromatic spices. Tandoori chicken was finger-licking good. Mr. Harvinder Tiwana was excellent with prepping up the food and with the overall service. Will definitely go again, soon.

Great tasting Indian food, and convenient location for those living in the Southtowns. Good place if you’re looking for some tasty Indian cuisine to take home and try. It’s an interesting combination of take out Indian food and a convenience store.

Absolutely thrilled to have an Indian restaurant in the Southtowns!! We ate there today and the lamb curries are delicious! Generous servings. It’s great that we could choose our level of spice! Very casual cafeteria type area for eating, but very clean. Will probably do take-out next time.
