I have been a customer for years. The pizza is usually fine, but recently I decided to add some cheddar-bacon loaded tots to my order. I picked up my order from the drive up window. When I got home, I was shocked. What I got was a container with burnt cheese and toppings stuck to the bottom- underneath the tots.

My order was made quickly. I was greeted & helped almost immediately upon walking in the door, which is something valued as a customer. My pizza looked & tasted great. I gave the 4 rating bcuz my pizza was jus a hair greasy, but thats it. Super impressed with this location. I usually order from dawsonville hwy, but this store beat them, for sure..

Avoid this location! Save your money. Poorly managed and severely understaffed. Have given this dominos chance after chance, and nothing has improved OVER the past year. Cold and poorly made food with 1-2 hours for delivery every time. Along with really poor/rude communication. Do better dominos. This location does not represent your company well.

This is the last time this store will be getting my money. Ordered pizza and pulled into the pick up line, waited over 15 minutes before anybody even opened the window. We waited another 10 or so minutes before somebody else gave us our order that was ready the entire time. Got home and done of our pizzas was wrong, and neither of them were even cut.

Always takes hours to get a pizza delivered and it is always cold. I have lived here three years and nothing had changed in that time period. If you want a warm pizza go pick it up and you still will have to wait a while.

This store canceled my order for 8 pizzas (to feed my class of high school students) because they “got another order that was bigger and couldn’t do both.” I was told he tried to call but no one answered (because he didn’t call the correct number), so he went ahead and canceled anyway without speaking to anyone. I was left with a class of 26 students who had no lunch.

This dominoes is pathetic. Had to call and find out about the status of my order. It was on quality check for a solid hour. Was told it was about to be delivered. Questioned that it was going to be cold when it arrives and was told no it’s been on the heat rack. Do yourself a favor bypass this dominoes.

Little slower recently, but pizza has always been good. Last night, after waiting for close to 1.5 hours, they actually delivered the wrong pizza to us. When I called, they said sorry, we’ll give you a credit but no refund. Or, we’ll get you the right pizza in 1.5 to 2 hours – it was already near 10 pm. That policy is just not right – its very bad business.
