I had a really great experience this afternoon at the Dunkin Donuts with my mom. We went through the drive thru and purchased iced coffee and donuts. There really wasn’t a long wait in line in the drive thru for the order either. The staff were really courteous, too.

My 5 stars isn’t “compared to other breakfast/coffee places”, it’s “for what it is”. Is it amazing coffee? No. It’s drinkable. Is the food better then a restaurant? No, it’s eatable. But FOR FAST FOOD, and compared to other Dunks, if you’re looking at the many dunks in the area THIS is the one to go to. Are there coffee shops I’d much rather get my coffee from? Of course. But I don’t always have the time. If you’re going for dunks you know exactly what you’re getting. This place just happens to have the nicest staff in the area, the fastest ACCURATE service (there’s another one in the area that’s a little faster, but is it REALLY faster if you have to go back in to fix it?) , And the coffee has yet to taste burnt or be full of coffee grounds.

I’ve been living near this Dunkin for years. It’s by far my least favorite. My order is made poorly on a regular basis as well as forgetting the hash brown half the time. So today I went back and they insisted they put them in the bag. When I said they didn’t they snatched a bag and threw it in my order. Squeezing the hash browns in the process. They asked if I wanted hash browns, confirmed my order at the speaker and window, still forgot them then treated me like this when I simply wanted what I paid for. There’s another one up the street right near Walmart.

The lady at this Dunkin was very rude. Normally I come here practically every morning but I ordered and she proceeded to correct me over the speaker about my coffee but she was mumbling and I couldn’t understand what she was saying, being very rude about it. I just said “okay then” and drove to the window. When I got to the window and gave her my card and she proceeded to correct me over how to order a French vanilla shot. I just said “okay” and gave her my card, she put it back out the window so I took it back and she said “I didn’t do it yet, why are you so mad?!” I said “I’m not you put it out the window so I took it back?” I proceeded to tell her I worked at Dunkin for 5 years before my current job and it’s normally just French vanilla not French vanilla SHOT. As I was driving away she yelled “well you can go somewhere else then!” The worst service at this Dunkin I have had in the few years I’ve been going there. Very disappointed.

The employees there were hella rude about simply putting whip cream and Carmel syrup on top of a iced macchiato that I ordered through DoorDash. When they were asked to do that they told the DoorDasher to have the customer call the store but if there’s no option to add that to my DoorDash order how am I suppose to. And I’m pretty sure they are supposed to have a slogan saying something along the lines of the customers are always right and that customers are the most valued person and they should get what they want but it doesn’t seem like that. I will definitely not be going to that Dunkin ever again or ever ordering from that Dunkin. This Dunkin is the one by hopskins academy.
