I was shopping in Nordstrom and decided to get something to eat here rather than going out into the mall. The host and the server were both very friendly and professional. The food came out quickly and tasted good. I only gave 4 stars because I ordered a cup of crab bisque and the Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos (appetizer). I did not find any trace of crab in my sewing at all so that was a little disappointing.

Loved our dining at Bazille, Nordstrom Stonebriar mall. Excellent food and really nice atmosphere. It’s a good cozy spot away from the hustle and bustle of the mall & the store Staff is very nice and friendly. Service was bit slow but it was busy at that time. Highly recommended, would definitely visit again.

So first time visiting Texas and was looking for basic bar and grill to grab a drink with my mom and nephew and when we walked in apparently they changed up the restaurant style and it’s now a “Hooters” type restaurant except the waitresses there are in lingerie and my nephew is only 6 so when we walk in it’s a very dark place and guy at front counter was very honest when we asked “um this is NOT what was shown on Google, is it ok to bring a 6 year old here” and he straight up said “um, NO. There’s more family oriented places down the street.” I appreciated that because he could’ve easily shoved us into a dark lonely corner away from lingerie girls and offered us other places to eat.

On my first visit to Bazille, I had The Caesar salad with shrimp. It was fantastic! My husband loved his salad, as well. The service was good, and Brett was very warm and friendly. On our second visit, I tried the pan seared chicken. It was very flavorful but extremely dry. My husband had the lamb ragu with gnocchi. He didn’t really care for it. I would definitely recommend the salad!

BAZILLE offers a variety of gourmet, healthy & delicious menu items. We ordered the Crab, Mango, Avocado Salad (Top pick), Lobster Mac n cheese and the Lamb Ragu. The Crab, Mango, Avocado Arugula Salad was the BEST salad, perfectly balanced with salt, pepper, Light & acidic vinaigrette, with the sweetness of the mango, fresh delicate crab, & smooth avocado; it was served with delightful slices of perfectly oil crusted baguette! (I will come back often for this!;) Next was the Lobster Mac N cheese to please! Perfectly flavored with 4 cheese blend, roasted peppers and huge delicate chunks of fresh Lobster…Panko crusted and served with arugula greens. (2nd favorite-in my opinion it was a little watery, I prefer more creamy and silky mac n cheese) 3rd order and least favorite was the Lamb Ragu. Ground lamb, lentils and chickpeas with gnocchi sour cream and EVOO…I would NOT recommend this dish! It lacked everything that makes your taste buds go wild! No salt or spice, no acid, not enough flavorful fresh herbs…the gnocchi was crusted and hard making it taste like a fingerling potato. The lamb, lentils and chickpeas needed to be soaked in a seasoned salty brine to bring out some flavor otherwise it tasted completely bland and offered nothing special to the flavoring of the dish. They also ran out of naan but I got the toasted baguettes that I do love!

LISTEN…..the service is excellent. The people and atmosphere is great. Shop a little eat and drink some at this spot and the food and drinks. Omg. Great. The manager Walter was attentive and talked to all the guests. It was an outstanding time. I will be back. Never new about this place and sad it took so long for me to know about it but I’m here now. Loved it.
