This is a summer enjoyment in South Bend. They have the best homemade root beer. They make amazing root beer shakes. That is what I always get. They food is the old style drive up stand food.

This is an American classic for sure and the root beer is unparalleled in its excellence. When I was a kid my dad always told me that the “BK” in this name was for “BEST KIND” and while I’m certain that is untrue it really is the best kind of root beer.

Stopped in for lunch. Had the chicken strips, hot dog, and cheeseburger with my kids. Also got a rootbeer float and two icecream cones. The food was great and desert was good and never dissapoints. The service was quick.
