It’s very weird as time has continued on McDonald’s has not gotten any better. Ever since covid service has severely gone downhill. The wait time in the drive through has quadrupled. And to make it worse, there’s still some people that are super lazy in this world, but they locked the doors and I can’t even go inside to get my meal. I understand yes it is nice to bring people over from other countries to seek asylum, but they aren’t trying to be a part of this country, they’re rude as workers they’re lazy and I don’t think they know the first clue what it means to be good at customer service. I think they’re mad because they have to actually get a job instead of just sit at home and collect a check

This location has absolutely FILTHY bathrooms- urine all over the floor and seats, unflushed toilets, no toilet paper. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. Totally unacceptable and off putting! I can only imagine the sanitary conditions in the kitchen. I’m sorry I came here and would never come back again.

I loved the retro 90’s style facade. Unfortunately they gutted the inside. My only real problem was the awful paper straw, and incredibly watery “sweet” tea. What’s the point of a paper straw? It’s not eco friendly as it kills trees, and they still give you the plastic cup and lid…Liberal hypocrisy in full display. I guarantee the tea is watery because they think they know what’s best for me. There are only a few things I hate about Maine, the hippies are definitely one of them.

I went to this McDonald’s today (03/11/2023) at 10:50 after a long night of work hoping for a quick meal, but ALL employees blatantly ignored me as I sat at the drive thru menu for 5 minutes. This place closes at 11 and they refused to serve me or acknowledge me. Horrible look, never coming again! The manager on duty should be investigated ASAP

The food was good and the service was good, they were fast and made it well. But there’s this crazy guy that hangs around the store and harasses customers. Banging on their windows and stuff. I was late to work because he was standing in front of my car and I couldn’t get out. Then he came up to my window and tried to open my door. From what I heard he’s there almost everyday, I’ve only been here a couple times but he was here both times I went.
