Wanted two milkshakes with our meal and were told your machine was still broke. You got another machine but it still was not fixed. You people if you buy a machine you had better have it make sure it works. It’s been over a month and I’m getting upset with burger King. Why should we stop here for lunch and we are not able to get what we want. Very poor service

Wanna know what I think?! I love this place! The girl In the drive thru reminds me of darth Vader which makes me happy because it reminds me of my childhood. I was kindly greeted by this jolly man with a beard..he smelled like sandwiches so that was nice. The food I got was great! One of the best whoppers I ever had! They must have a black guy in the kitchen . Highly recommend this BK for any and everyone that loves a good American experience

This place sucks! I checked on Google and they showed them being open until 10 p.m. I called just after 7:30 p.m. to confirm they would be open so I could pick up dinner for my girlfriend’s daughter just before I picked her up from work at Home Depot up the street at 10 p.m. but they closed early! I arrived at 9:43 p.m. and there was nobody there. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this problem with this location. If they have insufficient staff then they shouldn’t advertise being open until 10 p.m. nor should they confirm that they’re open until 10 p.m. when someone calls to inquire. Ridiculous!

I worked at this place for 3 days. The mgr handed me a dirty, used shirt to put on that wasn’t laundered. There were only 3 other employees and he stuck me up front with a lady who had to train me as well as run drive thru and the counter. The place was dirty and falling apart. I don’t think they ever cleaned the floors or the dining area until the Ashtabula Mgr came and together we swept and mopped the entire dining and play area. Would never eat there. I know it’s hard times but this is beyond what should take place for serving food.

Stopped by the drive through on 10-22 for a rodeo cheeseburger and fries. As I was waiting, there was a screaming match in the kitchen. An employee stormed outside and then came to the drive through window and started screaming into the window next to a surprised drive through customer in front of me. Of course she was Not wearing a mask. During all this excitement, they forgot to put the cheese on my rodeo cheeseburger! Which reminds me of what Joe Pesci so eloquently stated in Lethal Weapon, “they f@&) you at the drive through”. Maybe next time it will have cheese?
