Terrible experience. You go through a call center and I can barely understand the guy. Then I asked for thin crust and he said the order was already placed so I couldn’t change it, even though I hadn’t confirmed it yet. Then they won’t take split my gift card and debit card. Then they charge me for two pizzas when I only ordered one. Never ever ever ordering from any papa John’s ever again.

The only reason to order soulless corporate pizza is because it’s consistent. But I guess we can blame corporate greed and the looming recession for the decline in quality. If you enjoy regular crust pizza that is now limp, undercooked, and thin crust, than this pizza is still for you.

This was the worst pizza ever and when I called the owner was ruid and blamed it on uber ! I said you made the pizza not uber! The crust was Deformed , burnt and ice cold .the owner was ruid to me and I had to throw out a pizza . I ordered pizza on a football Sunday…. Worse mistake ever to make. I order three items… cheese stick pizza, peppers and onions pizza and garlic knots. I ordered these items at 6:48…. It was 7:49…. And it still said preparing …. That was an hour …. I finally got up and went to the store. I walk in and see an older Chinese gentleman at the front putting the stickers on boxes. I explained to him I wanted to know where my order was. He didn’t say anything to me until the third time I asked him where was my order. He said I don’t know I am not manager ….. really ??? Of all the answers you could give me that was the one. So I asked him again can I have a real answer. He begins to laugh … yes laugh …. After he began laughing like I told a joke the manger came over. Whom ever he was deserves a medal. He was the only cook and the sticker guy claims he couldn’t help the manager cook …. I get my order finally but sadly I am missing some items….. where’s the sauce and items for garlic knots this is just heated up knots of bread … where’s the red sauce that goes with the pizza sticks ??? This place was not the greatest pre Covid and now it’s just a complete mess… I paid for delivery the manager didn’t know how to change it or give us a tip back. After waiting over an hour for three items. I just wanted the food. Cooperate or some manager of south jersey stores please help this place out. Laughing wasn’t the best customer service choice this man could have made.

Been here many times. 7/7/22 a staff member yelled at my wife “your food is not ready” upon arrival and without even asking our name. Tracker says will be ready in 24 minutes , 1 hour and 10 minutes later it’s ready but they wouldn’t hand it to us. Understaffed and rude jerks. Avoid. Pizza is fine if you’re dumb enough to wait for it.

Didn’t dine in. But I order using via doordash. Only have to wait 30-45 mintues which isn’t a problem, I’ve gotten my pizza delivered to my house and the pizza box was still hot. I’ve ordered it around 8:30pm on 7/13/22. I have order here before and my experience is pretty good. Better than domino’s, they be making them pizza as small as my asian eyes.
