A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. They had no ice and didn’t mention to anyone before ordering. The lady at the register said she didn’t know how to put in my order and didn’t ask anyone to show her how. My wife ordered a baked potato with butter only, and when I picked our food up was told there was no butter and that they had been out. Very unorganized kitchen, borderline rude, just a complete $hit$how overall. I gave them two stars because the food that we did get was pretty good.Very disappointed and will not be back

AWFUL customer service. My mom and I went thru the drive thru yesterday, ordered 3 meals, over $35.00 and got home and didn’t have one of the meals. When I discovered I called back up there, once was put on hold for 17min and then got hung up on, called back and when someone answered, they were VERY rude and I asked for the manager they said he was busy and in fact I heard him in the backgrough say “I don’t have time to come to phone and talk to them”…..all I wanted to know was what they were going to do about it. I could not just come back up there, I live over 20 miles away. I called back again and they picked up the phone and hung it up. I was appalled, I work in customer service and this was the worst ever.

Pulled up to speaker there was a note stating pull to drive through window to order.I sat in line about 30 minutes pull up and employee got my order I was told to pull to the front parking lot and someone would bring my food out.I sat in my car waiting on my food and saw several people getting their food before me that was behind me in the line. I ask the employee who was bringing my food out where mine was and she said she didnt know because they were not putting names on any bodies food.I went inside and ask about my food and was told my food had been given to someone else. I left home in plenty of time to get food and make it to work on time but because of their lazy employees I was late for work. I will never eat their again and I tell everyone how my experience was trying to get my food.

My boyfriend and I came in for lunch and was very pleased with the service the crew members provided. They were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to split the check between the both of us and the cashier wasn’t sure how to do it but with no problem she called on her manager and they were able to take care of it. The food was excellent! We will definitely be back
