Swatchos are freaking amazing! Plenty enough for two. Ordered extra cheese sauce and it was seriously amazing. Probably the best nachos I’ve ever had! Employees were great! Plenty of parking around behind the building, not too expensive! Paid $12 for the nachos but that was enough for two of us. Will definitely come back! Got the pulled pork and brisket! Would recommend to any and every one!

This is my second time to Bam Bam’s BBQ, and the only thing that I dislike about the food they have is the rolls that they serve their sandwiches on. For the tasty, sensuous meat they have, they could use a denser, more buttery roll. Current choice of bread is very light, and fluffy. It tends to make the sandwich feel dry. We had their potato salad, which was very good. It definitely has a little kick, probably brought on by the pepper. The staff was friendly, but I will admit that the customer experience with the staff was sub-par. They were nice, but, distracted with other things. I would have liked to have seen their attention fully focused on us, and our order until we left the counter. Overall, great place for relatively inexpensive, tasty barbecue.

BBQ is like figure skating. No really, think about it! The people who know it best are snobby and critical, there are tons of details that go into that aren’t appreciated, but when you settle down, order something familiar and just chill, some amazingly beautiful things happen.

I had the brisket and tried the pulled pork sandwich. Both were tasty. I tried all the sauces but liked the sweet BBQ sauce the best. Prices were reasonable for the portions. Service was fast, but we weren’t there at a busy time, but I’ve heard good things about the place, even when it was busy. Free drink refills were nice. I liked the decor of the place. The booths aren’t comfortable but they look great. Sit at a table instead. The sides that I’ve tried so far didn’t appeal to me, but others that I went with enjoyed them.

Pretty good BBQ. Their brisket and pulled pork were ok, not great. The sausages were terrible though. They were very dry, like sawdust dry. Maybe I went at a bad time because everything seemed old and dry like it was sitting there for a long time. I might consider trying them again, but the price was pretty high too. If I’m spending this much on BBQ I’d rather go somewhere better.

The lesson here is if you’re desperate for barbecue, sure, go ahead and try it. I had the brisket and the pulled pork. My wife had the brisket sandwich. If you can call it a sandwich. Well, technically it was a sandwich. It consisted of just brisket between a bun. The brisket had a half inch crust on it you couldn’t chew. The pulled pork was dry. There really is very little flavor to any of it. Sauces were not good at all. I gave it 2 stars only because the macaroni and cheese was really good. Probably the only reason to go there. Very little portions for the price. I recommend traveling to where real barbecue is made or make it yourself. It will taste better.

Slightly disappointed. Everyone in Spanish Fork raves about this place and I was a bit let down. First off the customer service was bleak. No “Hey, how are you” instead I got a “what do you want, we only have two meats right now” No explanation to how the menu worked, what two meats were available, or recommendations. After I ordered not a word was said, simply flipped a tablet around set my drink down and walked off to talk with an employee.

I don’t get what the hype is about this place. I got the swatchos. One order could easily feed 2 people! They were ok, but not good enough to bring me back there. The cheese sauce was very runny. My 2 year old who loves mac and cheese wouldn’t touch the mac and cheese here. My husband got a sandwich, he liked it but it was pretty small, especially for the price. There are other BBQ places that I like much better, so I probably won’t be back.

I did not understand or care much for this place. When I was asked if I would like 8 oz. of brisket, I said yes. So I was then charged for 10 plus oz. I also got the cardboard thing of cold beans. My wife got the nachos. Burnt beef tips and canned nacho cheese. Glad it does say anything about fresh or homemade anywhere. When they explained it to me they said, she is new at cutting and cut more then she should of. Glad it was my fault and I could help pay for her training. Great business sense, wish I would have thought of it. “Sorry we made a mistake, thank you paying for it.”

The food is so good that sometimes I dream about it. The brisket sandwich combo is one of the most delicious things on the planet. I normally get the coleslaw and my wife normally gets the Mac and cheese. The only drawback is the price. For two people expect to spend around $25.
