I’m going to go out on a limb in hopes that this restaurant gives better quality food during the day and not near closing time. I placed an order that was delivered to me from this restaurant and I have to say I was totally dissatisfied. Everything about this dish tasted burnt, as if they scraped the bottom of the pot to complete this plate. The oxtails, even the rice had a burnt flavor. Steamed cabbage normally comes hot, it was ice cold. Everything else on the plate was warm except the cabbage. I did order this plate close to this stores closing time, so hopefully others have gotten better service. Very disappointing to receive a plate like this when you order off of delivery service apps like Grubhub or Uber eats because they charge so much more money then you going into the actual store. Can’t say that I would re-order.

Literally HORRIBLE! I walked in and was serviced by a rude cashier. After she took my order she withheld my receipt and change. I asked for both and she got a attitude. A med oxtail rice and peas and cabbage was $20.50 ridiculous. So because the cashier was upset I asked for my change she gave me a platter filled with fat. Absolutely zero meat, purposely! So disappointed by how unprofessional she was. I tried to call the store to resolve my issues and no response. I will attach pictures below! Beware!!!!

Ordered beef patties and jerk chicken. The patties look like they have been sitting out all day. Not fresh at all, and meat looks old. Not enough meat as well. Jerk chicken was cold. No seasoning. I don’t know why it’s called the flavor spot. Food has no flavor. Will go elsewhere for jamaican food.

My wife loves jamaican food the flavor spot caught her eye while driving our youngest daughter to school. She asked me to get her a beef patty for her when I picked up my daughter. I stopped in and the service was very good. After my wife eat the beef patty she said it was one of the best she ever had. When we are in the area we stop in.

I dont know what happened to this place. It use to be my favorite place to get carribbean food. Never had an experience where EVERYTHING was bad. Mac and cheese was pure salt. I mean no other flavors just salt. And to think i purchased 2 side orders of it. 10 bucks alone down the drain. The rice I could tell had burned on the bottom so the burnt smoke flavor just ruined the taste. Can’t even call it curry chicken because there was no spices or vegetables cooked in. Just meat and pure salt. It felt like a joke or someone is purposely trying to ruin this restaurants reputation because no way whoever cooked this tasted it and thought it was okay to sell to people spending good money.. oh and i forgot the banana bread was missing. No courtesy call to say sorry were out or even provide a replacement. I called and they said we out, call uber eats for ya refund. Just terrible. For $32 I expected and deserved so much better. Can’t even give it to the dogs cause it’s too salty to even wanna eat it.

DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PHOTOS!! I ordered on grubhub. The food was nowhere near the same as the description. The baked chicken was hard with some watered down ketchup and a couple of sliced peppers over some white rice the yams were ok. The stewed chicken was brown gravy, frozen vegetables, and chicken over some white rice. This food was not Jamaican, it was disrespectful to Jamaica and whoever packaged this up and sold it for me to feed my family has NO HONOR OR INTEGRITY. Never Again!

I ordered a medium oxtail and a shrimp jerk Alfredo. The total cost was $42.96. The cost is not the problem it was the food. When I got the food home the Alfredo was the worst I ever tasted. The medium oxtail was warm and cold, it smelled like something was spoiled. I went here previously and it was nothing like this time. From now on I’m a stick to my own cooked oxtail and alfredo. The oxtail I rapped it up because I don’t know if it was the meat or the cabbage that was spoiled

I came here to try this place out during my lunch break while I was at work one day. After I consumed the food I have been dealing with food poisoning for the last TWO days.. I kid you not I have been experiencing diarrhea and excruciating stomach pains since I’ve eaten here. I don’t know if it’s because the food sits out all day or what but PLEASE do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Excellent Jamaican food. Friendly service. The store has a variety of Jamaican platters, beverages, and beef patties. They have a laid back approach that’s reminiscent of the island. The food is the real deal.
