Good place. When I was there they had no food just empty display cases, and were short staffed so it took 15 minutes. The coffee was fine, and the loan person behind the counter was remarkably cheerful considering how badly she was getting crushed.

In the grocery store. They were out of dragon berry and strawberry at this time for the last 2 times I’ve been and out of white chocolate mocha and any type of iced coffee or cold brew. Staff was kinda short with me and tried just picking my drink. But it is up in the mountains so must be do to the shortages etc.

The young man who was the only employee at the time made me the best drink I have ever had at any starbucks inside a grocery store or free standing or otherwise. Clearly he know how to follow a recipe. i had a shaken toasted vanilla oatmilk espresso and it was the best thing ever. Just what I needed to continue my drive down the mountain

Highly over valued coffee. This location lacks good service and cleanliness. When one is charged $6+ for coffee the tables should be spotless with napkins in the holders. Not the case. Dirty counters, trash cans full, and no napkins. Poor service and presentation, will not return.

I am from out of state and unfortunately my daughter was in a wreck and we had to go aurora to the hospital anyways we had to drive back and we had to stop and fill our daughters prescription before we got to our hotel in another city because we didn’t think a pharmacy would be open after 8pm and that was arrival time. So we stop here at the Safeway. And the pharmacy was so quick it was great. I decided I wanted to grab Starbucks because I was tired lots of things going no sleep. I stood there waiting while the girl continued to clean for about 5 minutes. And I tried to ask if they were open well she didn’t answer. But another Safeway employee did and said I think they closed at 7pm. It was currently 7:02p I had been standing prior to closing time. But because your employee was too busy not looking up or paying attention with her headphones to notice. The worst kind of customer service to be ignored. First if your closed have a sign to put out not everyone knows your hours. Second I don’t think your employees should have headphones so they can ignore customers that’s just rude. Very disappointing.
