We usually order pizza from Pizza Hut in Hueytown. The service is quick, my order is correct, and the price is good. The last visit on 6-30-23, we got our best pizza ever. The hand tossed crust, extra cheese and sausage. I guess they should always be the same great taste but I’m not going to complain when I get one that tastes even better! Friendly curbside service, too. Nice folks.

Pizza hut is the worse and very disappointing!!! My husband ordered a family meal and we were supposed to get drinks with it. Well when our door dasher came to deliver there were no drinks with our meal. We immediately called and had no luck with anyone answering the phone. My husband ended up having to drive back up to pizza hut just to see if we could get our drinks. We have had this happened before and wasn’t happy about it. Very disappointed!!!

This place needs a new manager or managers. I have ordered pepperoni lovers Pizza from them twice and they both hardly had any pepperoni. A regular pepperoni pizza would have had more pepperonipi. I will not be back

Ordered food from here almost 2 weeks ago for delivery. Never received the food or refund. Have contacted Pizza Hut corporate several times without resolution. Don’t spend your money here. Employees are very rude and disrespect.

I just picked up a hot fresh dry NEW YORKER pizza. There was little to no sauce and cheese. I have call restaurant twice only to get a dial tone. But the third time was the charm. The manager said she would fix the issue. My family is grateful.

Ordered 3 large pizzas & cheese sticks. Cheese sticks were burnt and so was the large cheese pizza, the supreme wasn’t done-it was floppy and burnt on top. Spent over $60 for lousy pizza.
