Two Texas whoppers with medium drinks and fries $27.00. (I know, right?) That’s the last time I spend that much money on fast food for just two meals. The fries were not only warm but soggy like they had been warmed up in the microwave the day after they were cooked and before we could finish them, they dried out and were extra starchy. If a restaurant can’t serve decent fries in the heart of Idaho they should quit the food business, period. Absolutely shameful. Restaurant Brands International – the parent company, believes these low standards are exceptable. That’s why there’s no long lines at the peak of lunch at this location. The Texas Whoppers were delicious, but at that price not worth a return visit.

This Burger King location fails to impress me. The food was well prepared, all things considered, but there was an issue with wait times for most of the patrons who were there at the same time I was. For example, there were two gentlemen sitting at a booth when I walked into the restaurant, and after I had ordered, along with several other people, one of the employees noticed them and realized that they had never gotten their food. I also had to wait awhile for my food and because of this, the quality of the food suffered. Some improvements could definitely be made at this Burger King.

There was only three people that showed up for work so we waited in the drive-thru forever. 45 minutes later we got our order of two meals. The meals were not correct. Management needs to do a better job with organizing people who will actually show up to work. No fault of the people who are actually working and trying feel bad for them.

Waited 25+ min for 2 whopper Jr’s, 4 mozzarella sticks an a large fry. Lobby only had a few customers and we had 1 car in front of us. By the time the food came out, everything was cold and dry. Poor girl at the window was stressed out but did a good job.

In over 40 years of ordering fast food, I can’t remember a time that my order was so messed up and the wait was so long. Only one car in front of me. I ordered a chicken sandwich. I only wanted the sandwich. I said it twice and she still asked me what size. The sandwich has size options? She said no, the drink and fries. I just want the sandwich. Just the sandwich. She then asks, what else can I get you. I just want the sandwich. It took so long to get my order, I was daydreaming about owning chickens and making my own sandwich

After placing my order in the drive through, I ended up waiting for over 20 min. before getting my order. Then when I got home I discovered that part of my order was missing. When I went back to get the rest of my order I asked for the managers number so that I could discuss the issue with them but was denied a contact number. Upon going on to write this review I discovered that this is a constant problem with this location. BK on Broadway in Idaho Falls, ID. Corporate needs to look into the issue with this location.
