It was a place we wanted to try and it was good. The tripe stew combo with laulau was ono with plenty tripe. Laulau was good size wirh the chili pepper water. The wife had the beef stew combo with pastele. Was decent she said…..lol. Service was good, with free refills on soda.

Just got 2 pastele plates this week. Price increased almost $2 per plate. I can understand that but the pasteles were dry and had few olives. I also got a side order pastele which was also dry. Don’t know if they got a different pastele vendor or recipe changed? Great service though.

Casual yet authentic Hawaiian cuisine with Korean options available. Poke is very fresh, and varieties of sauces are very flavorful. Definitely would revisit.

I love this place! My parents used to take us when we were keiki. When I moved away from home it was the worst, I missed the food and that one waitress who’s been there since forever, she was always so nice and always had the biggest smile! I recently went back, and everything was exactly the same, the food was still great as always, and aunty was still waiting tables. I love this place and I always look forward to going back!

Definitely recommend. Their menu has a little bit of everything. Hawaiian food, pastele plates with bacalao salad and rice, Portuguese bean soup, and oh my goodness the poke bowls..amazing. Service was outstanding and the workers are nice and attentive. Absolutely worth the stop. Not bad prices either. Will be returning soon.
