Whoever the night shift order taker is, she might need a day off or something. I was reprimanded for misspeaking I guess. I asked for a water with my meal. Apparently it wasn’t a meal and she turned on the attitude and asked so did you need a meal then orrrrrr? Because a drink doesn’t come with what you ordered. I said can I just have a water please? When I got my change she was rude about her demeanor in both talking my money and giving change. And when she gave me my food she was essentially pushing it in my hand. Not one to complain often but if you know you don’t like customer service, why get a job where you have to have respect for others and speak kindly..?

Food is consistently made wrong, nearly every time I go. General manager seems incompetent in his job and always unwilling to admit wrong when confronted about wrong food. General Manager needs to be retrained or removed from the store. Staff needs to be retrained and attitudes adjusted. Mobile orders need to be fixed. A remodel is not necessary if your store can’t run properly. Get food anywhere else, because at least you’ll know what you’re gonna get.
