The boys at Michaelangelo’s on Firetower Rd. in Greenville have been making my pizza for years! NY style pizza, ALWAYS great, CONSISTENT! NEVER gotten a mediocre pie from them! 5 stars from me! Wish I could go higher!

I will NEVER eat food from this place again!!! The food was terrible!!! I ordered chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and got the worst creation of food ever. The chicken was deep fried so hard and then chopped into tiny pieces which was spread over the top of the sauce which had cheese sprinkled on top. Then it was placed in an oven to cook some more. (See picture enclosed) I ordered an extra large pizza with extra cheese. This pizza had no taste and the crust was bland. There was no seasoning to the sauce at all. This is supposed to be an authentic Italian restaurant. To top it off the cooking staff had no hair nets on while cooking. They had ball caps on but their hair was loose hanging. ☹️

I had a 5 star rating a couple of years ago because the food, service and value was all that. I have been back a couple of times this year and so dissapointed. I ordered single slices of pizza and they were so hard to the point that I could barely eat them. I was going to get some garlic knots, but they no longer come with the same amount of homemade sauce to dip. A much larger container before compared to what you receive now is really only enough for about 3 of the knots. When I purchased earlier in the year there was barely any garlic and very tuff. I felt I had to update this since my view has changed. I will try again in the future in hopes that I can update this review in a more positive light.

The cashier at Michaelangelo’s on Firetower road displayed horrible customer service. The restaurant was very dirty, flies were flying in the pizza case, and every table was dirty.
