This location has made a drastic decline in customers and sales within the past 6-8 months. However within the past few weeks, I’ve tried ordering through the app and through the drive thru and every time they told me they was closed. I was given long some believable some bizarre excuses as to why they are closed. “IF” And that’s a big “IF” you are actually able to place an order here thru the app or drive thru and you ACTUALLY get it, it’s either old nasty unedible or raw. They really need to relieve all staff and start over before they whoever owns this place loses their business for reasons like this.

There was a woman who took our order and was very out of breath so it was hard to understand her… made my order and paid(she was on her phone and rude).. went to 2nd window and the woman was awesome, got our food but it was wrong. Had to drive back through and was trying to explain but the girl again was out of breath even though she was sitting at her window 1st time around and 2nd time around she was extremely rude.. drove past her window to 2nd window and the other woman was amazing again. The order was punched in wrong but she fixed it for me and was super apologetic.. told her she should tell her manager to find a different person for taking orders as the girl was on her phone, didnt seem to care well being rude and she told me the girl at 1st window was the assistant manager… must be a friend of a friend because she wasnt manager material at all nor did she care! Thanks to blonde woman at second window.. she was super helpful and easy to communicate with well fixing “assistant mangers” multiple mistakes! canadian tourist who thinks 2nd woman should be recognized for her mannerism!

Got biggie value meal, chicken sandwich. The pattie was totally hard, and very dry. Looked like old piece of leather. I asked them to replace sandwich. Which they did no issue there. But come on, the person who made that sandwich knew it was not edible. They should have throw it out not serve it to a paying customer. Maybe they should have to eat the disgusting pattie they served me. It really could have broke a tooth.

Went there on May 7th to get dinner for the family. Our burgers were cold and dry on cold and crumbling buns that tasted like a chemical cleaner, and the fries were cold and dry and only a quarter full also had a chemical taste.

I walked in lobby two people that just ordered were standing there i was next in line. Waited for over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and then when a employee made eye contact with a thousand yard stare I was just about to speak when an older lady who worked there said time out time out look sir your just gonna have to wait we are busy.
