Waited at the drive thru to order forever. Waited to pay. Waited to get our food. Then the order was not correct and the soda was flat. All we got was a happy meal and a large soda. We waited with only two ahead of us for 30 min. Fries weren’t fresh nor were my kid’s nuggets so I don’t know what the wait was for. We just were here in the morning a week ago and we were the only ones in the restaurant and it was fine. This time was not good at all.

Genuinely the worst fast food place anywhere on the west coast. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or a “wow, I don’t know how to work” problem, but they are almost never able to handle more than one person at the restaurant at once. If you’re in the drive thru and someone’s inside, guess you get to wait for their meal to be ready until you even get to have someone take your order. They never have food in stock either, you’re lucky if they have fries available when you go. I’ve gone to this place a dozen times and only one of those times did they not mess something up. Do not go to this place, avoid it at all costs. This is, and will be my only review. This place is a garbage bin.

Was beyond dirty. As waiting for help saw were food being prepared for service had trays sitting around with food on it for customers before. Food on the floor, good God, can’t imagine the owner whose name I won’t say would allow his stores to be. Although both stores in Havasu are messy, it scares me to think what the food preparation areas look like.

Had to return all the food. Fish sandwich had mold covering entire bun. Whoever made that sandwich new it was moldy it was literally completely green with mold. I am a big fan of McDonald’s fish fillet, but I also like their Big Macs and tend to gravitate to them every once in a while. Even though I’m not a big red meat eater, but two times in the last 3 months I’d say I purchased a Big Mac and I have to say that the secret sauce was barely there so it must be a secret haha. I guess if I order it again I will ask for extra sauce. I don’t like a dry burger or else just stick with my fish which is always delicious.
