We ordered a tender combo. It was missing the tenders! We then asked for our tenders and got them but we were still missing a biscuit and our sauces, which they were out of. You wait 20 minutes just for them to mess up. Then when you ask them to fix it, it’ll take another 20 minutes. We didn’t ask for our missing biscuit cause we wanted to get out of there. There’s nobody at the front to help, you have to flag down someone. The atmosphere is ruined cause every other customer is also annoyed and complaining.

Customer service here is terrible. ordered a 16 piece tender meal. For 4 people, they gave me a total of 2 sauces, I thought it was a mistake so went back to ask for more sauces. The cashier gave me 2 more after I explained it’s a 16 piece…. you would think that would explain enough. He proceeds to hand me 2 more, I said uhh we have SIXTEEN pieces we need more sauce. He says we’re going to have to charge you, excuse me, I just spent $50 on a family meal and you’re going to ration my sauce? The snippy manager said I could have 2 more as if it were coming out of her paycheck, I’m from out of town and have never had this experience. won’t be going back due to the service. would give 0 stars if I could!

They gave me someone else’s order even when he read my order back to me. The tiny sauce packets are 40 cents each and they tell you that once you get your food, not before. Of course when I called there is no one to talk to, went to a voice message. No one has called me back. NOT a good first impression. I won’t be back. I’m sure the person that took my food home isn’t happy either.
