We order pizza from Marcos almost weekly and this time we received 2 pizzas that were soggy in the middle. I called to request a credit (not refund). Jason, who is apparently the regional manager essentially said “so, what,” and arrogantly stated that we could return our carry out order for them to remake. That wasn’t a reasonable request for our time and the fact we spent money there weekly. We were offered $4 cheesy bread gesture for a $40 pizza order. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Marco’s pizza and wings are both pretty solid. The pizza is typically loaded with fresh toppings and not too greasy. The wings are baked and juicy. I’m taking away 1 star because with delivery the food arrives cold and the wings could be even better with more sauce. But overall, it’s a good choice if you’re craving pizza and wings.

Next to other pizza places Marco’s rates high. The pizza was tasty, the crust was crispy but not dry or over cooked and they don’t skimp on the toppings. The menu offers a variety of options from salads, and wings to pizza bowls for those looking for a carb free option. These would be all the Pros for Marco’s. My only Con would be a small pizza (6) slices is $12.99. It’s not budget friendly especially if you have to feed a lot of people. All-in-all it is a nice place for a tasty pizza.

Order the 2 pizza special. Got charged full price. No manager on duty to fix it. I was asked to leave my number so it could be corrected/refund the next day. Never happened. I called. No manager on duty to take care of it. Pizza wasn’t worth the price charged if I paid the specials price.
