The drivers are always nice, but the managers are extremely rude and snappy for no reason. One of the drivers told me that both of the female managers are always like that. I don’t even trust my food to be made here anymore and I will no longer be a customer after 3 years.

Absolute joke! Thank you for taking my money! Placed an order, order taker told me 35-45 minutes. One hour goes by and no food. I asked politely for a refund, they gave me a credit in store instead of giving me an actual refund! So again! Thanks for taking my money!

It’s been awhile since I last ordered due to getting contacted after a bad survey and being told corporate policy due to Covid prevented them from preparing my order correctly. Apparently you can no longer request that your thin crust be cut triangle. Thin crusts are only able to be cut in a dumb square configuration. On top of this I didn’t get the crust toppers that were ordered on the room temperature pizza they delivered. If you order from them just understand that your order comes their way as it’s apparently the only way.

So I ordered a pepperoni pizza online and they put bbQ sauce on it. When I called and read the ingredients back to them, it said nothing about bbq sauce. I told them I would be there in a sec so they could show me on my phone where it said bbQ sauce. When I got there and pulled up the order again it said bbQ sauce and I know for a fact it wasn’t on there when I called. So I contacted someone I know at a different Marcos and they told me that it was probably added to it after I called and complained. I’ll never order from this Marcos again!!! Unbelievable

Every-time i call an order in whether it’s to be picked up or delivered, they take my information down , ask for name and phone number, give me the total cost and wait time and when I get there they say they didn’t put my order thru. Or when I needed the pizza to be delivered to a job 8 mins away, they said they did not put the order thru. And when I had someone to call and check on it, they say they had no idea of the order that I just placed 10 mins ago
