RAY is the man!! He executed our 12/30 wedding to perfection. In the process of planning and coordiating tasting, Ray was kind and patient as we weighed all of the options. He even let us add in a last minute “breakfast for dinner” feature – bacon at the cocktail hour. Shrimp and grits were a fan favorite, brisket was amazing – I am a Texan so I know my brisket 🙂 Thank you Ray and team! We hope to need your services again in Savannah in the future!

Everyone has told me repeatedly how much they enjoyed the food, and it was awesome to be able to offer both low country boil and brisket to our guests at an affordable price point. Ray and his Staff catered our wedding at Red Gate Farms. Everyone one loved the food! He worked with me to create a menu that fit the rustic feel of the venue. We had fried chicken, waffles, shrimp and grits, mixed fruit, salad, biscuits with various jams and more. I would highly recommend!.
