Fast casual dining. Small space with table and chair seating arrangements. The service is great. I think the woman who took our orders was Ali. She was very nice and casual. Greeted customers as we walk in. Smile on her face. The food was amazing. The bbq was tender and the sides were sooo good. I got the sloppy dog which is a sausage on a sweet bread roll with pulled brisket, Mac and cheese and bacon on top. Delish! My husband got copied brisket, jalapeno sausage with canned corn and green beans. Everything was great! I highly recommend eating here!

If you’re looking for a legit BBQ joint, look no further! I have frequented some of Texas Monthly’s Top BBQ Joints in Texas…from Lockhart, to Austin, to Dallas/Fort Worth. Smitty’s Smokehouse can hold their own with a lot of the places I’ve been! If you’re looking for a local gem, this place is the real deal! I had the brisket, turkey, and jalapeño cheddar sausage plus corn and potato salad. All of it was delicious!

Great brisket. A bit greasy on the plate, but the cut was lean. Didn’t have to throw out huge chunks of fat. Great service, too.

We ordered chopped brisket sandwiches to go, without ordering fries. When I saw someone else’s fries, I immediately regretted it. They are hand cut and looked perfect. The sandwiches were good. The sauce was a little sweet for my liking, but I go more for spicy. My wife really liked it.

A new and popular BBQ place doing consistently good BBQ, sides, desserts. Small place, limited seating, big flavors. Pitmaster Dan Smith is a class act guy pouring his heart into his craft and it shows. His turkey and brisket are crazy good and his house BBQ sauces are legit. His peach cobbler is the best I’ve had in town.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I went today and got a burger bc they were out of briskets and a few other items . And the burger was very dry and hard the fries were very good though! But the burger was small and the burger did not taste good 🙁 I wish I would have had a better experience with the food !

We were passing through and this was the best BBQ we had tried in Texas. Brisket was so tender and the mac & cheese and potato salad were excellent. The tacos were so flavorful- excellent tortillas!
