Pizza is awesome the service not. I ordered a extravaganza and….. I received some pepperoni, ham and sausage. $40 total order. This review is for the store. The manager or the supervisor apparently is paid for nothing. Good choice Domino’s.

The food was prepped in a timely manner and it was higher standard than usual. The employees were kind and the transaction was seamless. Only minor complaint was whatever radio station or music playlist that was being used for atmosphere only had one song, and it was tedious to hear over and over without change.

I will never return to this location. Let me begin by saying that I had never had a problem with this establishment until last week. On Saturday, March 26, 2022. I decided to order pizza around 6 p.m. I stayed at home the entire time I was waiting for my food. My father had returned home around 7 p.m. and informed me that my food was waiting for me on the front step. I was agitated; why would the delivery driver leave my food outside, let alone in 40-degree weather? I called the store and spoke with Crystal, the manager. I called to complain about the careless delivery driver and to see if my food could be remade and delivered. She said no to my food being remade and actually given to me in my hand. I then asked if I could get a refund, and she said no. I asked her why didn’t the driver or anyone else in the store hadn’t called me to let me know my food had been delivered. That’s the least they could’ve done, but according to her, Domino’s doesn’t have a protocol for calling someone to notify them that their food was left outside on the ground. She was completely unconcerned about my situation. I didnt even eat my food. It was cold and my sandwich bread was too hard I just threw it all in the trash. A few days later I then contacted corporate; first, I was told that someone would call me back and speak with me; no one has yet to call, and I was then lied to about receiving a credit. For the record I did tip the driver, so I’m not sure why I received such poor customer service. My food would have sat out for much longer if my father had not returned home when he did. After that horrible experience, I will never return to that location.

Stopped in and ordered. Clerk said 10 to 15 minutes. Waited for 15 minutes, went back in and saw pizza on rack. Waited for 15 minutes finally someone came over and said is this yours. Yes, now it had gotten cold. It happened once before. No more Dominos

Ordered food with a 2 liter of soda. Driver never brought the soda with him and told me he would return right back with it. It’s been about 2 hours and 10 minutes now. When I got tired of waiting and requested a refund. They said they’ll give me store credit…. Yeah get it together Domino’s I definitely won’t be getting food here again.

Whomever doing delivery and work at the counter on September 30, 2020 is not professional. My coworker and I order Pizza and cheesy bread at 9 P.M. for delivery. We were told that the order will be around 40 minute. We told our security person to expect the delivery. At 10:15 P.M., we call the store back since we have not hear any call about our order. The same person answer the call as we ordered. We ask him about our order that never come. His first response was “the driver having issue”. So we ask him again what kind of issue that took him long to get to our place? Was he lost? Did he don’t know how to get to our place?

Incredibly friendly staff. No matter what im always satisfied. This store seems very busy and I can’t believe they can keep up and still be so accomodating. The food is always hot when I get it and my favorite is their Wings! Its nice to have a delivery driver that always seem to be happy. I did learn that the $3.99 delivery fee is for the store and not for the delivery guy but its worth it so now I give a better tip lol. Overall I’d say they deserve the 5 stars. I don’t usually fill out these rating things but thought I should start doing it so people can get an overall idea on any kind of store. I tried a few other pizza places since I moved here but Dominos is consistent. So I get what I like every time and its always a good as the time before, and I like that.
