From camping trips to Coahuila to youth ministry projects in Ensenada to shared stories over delicious food, Mexico has enriched our lives and is the fabric which binds us together. Chicas Tacos was born in Los Angeles in 2016 while searching for healthy, versions of the Southern California street tacos we grew up with and love so much. Our promise is to serve the highest quality ingredients in a warm homestyle environment. Bold yet balanced tacos, bowls, burritos and nachos made fresh daily with organic ingredients rooted in Mexican traditions and wrapped in Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded tortillas – that’s Chicas Tacos.

Chicas Tacos is heaven for vegans and vegetarians. There are so many tasty plant-based options to choose from. I treat myself to The Crispy Taco whenever I can! It’s absolutely loaded with flavor! So delicious. The margaritas are strong and the place always feels like a party. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

My son ordered the steak nachos and hibiscus pineapple drink. We requested to add sour cream. Cheese sauce was only on the top layer of chips. Chips were burnt and the steak was not seasoned and was very chewy and fatty. The sour cream was almost frozen in a side container. The drink was not good at all. My son and I have had a stomach ache and diarrhea since eating them. Very expensive. Not worth the price at all. Would not recommend.

My Mom, her caregiver and myself had lunch here on Tuesday, February 14. I had 2 tacos, one chicken, the other beef. My Mom & her caregiver had shrimp and beef tacos. The tacos that they make here are very delicious and will make your mouth water. We plan on coming back to Chicas Tacos very soon.
