My family and I received the worst service tonight at this taco johns. We waited 35+ minutes for our food, when we finally received our food, our 4 fried chicken tacos had 1 piece of small chicken on each with cheese- nothing else!!! We even ordered extra chicken on 2 of the tacos. When I confronted the manager (Taylor) about the issue she threw her hands up and said “well we are closed there is nothing I can do” (it was 9:49PM) mind you we had just waited 35+ minutes for our food. We had placed our order on the machine inside and it didn’t give us a receipt when we ordered- at other locations it comes out with your order. We asked for a refund because she said they were closed and wouldn’t remake the food. Taylor said she couldn’t refund us our money because we didn’t have a receipt. It took about 2-3 minutes of arguing with her to finally get her to search our order on the computer and refund us our money. While waiting for our food in the lobby, we overheard her telling the crew that there was a GRILLED meat and potato burrito (for the drive thru order) but they had made it a regular meat and Potato burrito and that the customer “was just going to have to deal with it”. We have never received such bad service!!!! The other lady on the crew was very apologetic about the manager however that doesn’t dismiss Taylor’s behavior. We will likely never be back to this restaurant and I’ll tell my friends/family the same.

I ordered 5 meals for lunch online, it took 45 mins to get it after I showed up to pick it up. They couldn’t find the order even though we hear them say the same names on the order. I should them the email that confirmed the order. They said they couldn’t use the to verify the order. The email had a confirmation number that said we need it to pick it to pick up the food and they said the number was too long. Ridiculous!!!

My mom and i came and ordered two tack hard, bowl with nacho cheese on the side they forgot about it and then she I said y’all forgot the nacho cheese and they asked for a receipt but didn’t give us no receipt and they had a bad attitude so ‍♀️

Order a #10 chicken boss burrito and it was frozen. Got the potatoes ole and there was a long hair im the bottom of the cup. No one was wearing hair nets. All high school aged kids working there. Didn’t see one actual adults there at all.
