Small chain in NJ, this Korean fried chicken shop has a couple of tables and a lot of orders to go. The style is a bit different than those we’ve tried before, but still not bad, crispy and hot. Sauce I’ve had more garlicky but I really spicy was good. The calamari rings the kids enjoyed, too, and the bubble tea, it’s too sweet for me but others may like it.

For a delivery order, all the chicken arrived crispy! Crispy chicken wings were light and meaty; didn’t feel oily or heavy at all. I appreciated how the soy garlic chicken wasn’t too wet. Other places douse their chicken in sauce, but Don glazed it just right. Looking forward to trying their other items on the menu next time!

I am not a fan of chicken, but Don Chicken makes the most juicy, flavorful, tender, and crispy chicken in town. The front of the house staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Just got back home in Closter for break and found out that there was a new Korean fried chicken spot open, so I gave a shot. The spicy soy garlic chicken was incredible. Personally I love spicy food and the spicy soy garlic did not disappoint, the flavor was also amazing. The service was amazing too, I asked a bunch of questions because it was my first time there and they explained everything to me and was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone that love fried chicken.

Tteokboggi and Donkatsu dishes both good (not great but better than Anna’s Market and other Closter rest). I like Thin Donkatsu patties and these are medium thickness. Quantity is good (2 patties). Boneless chicken (plain and Spicy Thai) are loved by the kids. Regular wings also pretty good flavor (but not as crispy as WingStop). Overall, good food, but I find them pricing their dishes $2-3 higher than others.

Saw this new Korean fried chicken place opened in town so naturally I had to try it out. I decided to order takeout for lunch. The chicken was very fresh and delicious! It was nice and juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside without being too greasy. The snowing cheese fries are great too.

2nd or 3rd time ordering from this fairly new business! The food is top notch–my kids love the soy garlic and sweet & spicy sauce chicken. However, I discovered today that their customer service and integrity as a business is beyond. I placed an order for 1:30pm, because we had activities and wouldn’t get there before then. I placed an order online for a scheduled pickup. I noticed that shortly after I got a text that the food was ready. It was before my pickup time but it wasn’t too much of an issue. I picked up the food and went home not wanting to make a big deal because while the food was warm, not HOT having been prepped an hr before pickup, I knew it would still taste fine. I got home and received a call from the business apologizing that they accidentally prepped the food too early and realized just now (after I picked up) and offered a credit for the seafood ddukboki which is a dish best served hot and out of the pan. I didn’t complain but they felt it wasn’t up to par and made the effort to call me several times to reach me and let me know. Definitely try this place–food is great, they are super courteous and customer service is amazing as well.
