Atmosphere will remind you of hawaii if you have been there, the crunchy fried chicken’s better than before the pandemic. The meal I got was the #3 Chicken combo alongside a hawaiian sun (lilikoi passion).

The food looks really good but it doesn’t actually compare to any of the other Hawaiian BBQ places in SF. I got the Mixed Chicken and BBQ order and my chicken was basically all breading, the steak pieces they gave me were just super leathery and not chewable and the chicken was extremely salty. Macaroni salad had no flavor. The best thing was the rice.

Food is yummy and portions are big. But the location looks like no one cleans it (especially under the soda fountain, the cabinet door was off the hinge and the area underneath was GROSS). And I found a large piece of clear plastic wrap in my scoop of macaroni salad. The health department needs to visit this place.

Had the chicken combo and the spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was by far the best. The teriyaki and other sauce were very good. My favorite was the macaroni salad! Yesica was excellent at helping us clueless Minnesotans figure out what we wanted.

Food is awesome, always hot, employees seem happy, they gave great customer service. The place itself could use a little face lift and a little deep cleaning, but I always take out so whatever really.

Huge portions, delicious mac salad, flavorful BBQ, crispy chicken katsu, freshly made food. Service was quick and friendly. The katsu sauce is watered down but still has a good flavor. White fish is crispy on the outside and soft and succulent on the inside. Crab rangoon and a drink with any combo for an extra $3.79.

Service was bland, like the salad. Never enough salad dressing. Staff looked tired and not welcoming.
